Please note that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy or as required by applicable law. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months following the last communication. Usage analytics data is anonymised and retained for up to 26 months. We may retain your personal data longer where retention is necessary for legal or business purposes, such as compliance with regulatory obligations or resolution of disputes.
